Yebisu beer memorial hall / エビスビール記念館

Do-mo-. Tomoki desu.

I went to a beer memorial hall yesterday.

One of most famous premium beer in Japan called "Yebisu", it has a quite long history that is 125 years! Yebisu station is also very famous right next to Shibuya, I though it was the origin of the name of "Yebisu beer", but I was wrong.

Because there was the Yesbisu brewery, so the place is called "Yebisu"after the station built.

Although the tour was just in Japanese language but everything has english subscription, it's understandable. The fee was just 500 JPY ( approx. 4 USD), you'll have perfectly fresh Yebisu beer after 20 minutes tour.

Though just in my opinion, beer is very good way to know about the country, I could recommend you to try this tour:)

Doraemon Museum

Kia ora! (Maori's hello) all!

Yes I'm drunk as usual:) I wanna write about a spot close to Shimokitazawa today.

One of the most popular character.

"Doraemon"

All of kids grow up with Doraemon, it's kinda symbol of Japan.

Fortunately, there is the museum officially called "Fujiko F Fujio Museum". I call it "Doraemon Museum" though.

It takes just 15 minutes by a train from Shimokitazawa, you'll see the history of Doraemon and some stories behind the stories.

They have foreign language information and voice guide in English, Chinese and Korean, everybody can enjoy that place.

The place is always busy, don't forget to make a reservation! (Just let me know if you are my guest, i'll do it for you:)

Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden / 新宿御苑

Do-mo-.

When I'm traveling, I get tired, need a rest at least a day in 3-4 days. This park would be a choice. Near from Shimokitazawa, you can even walk from Shinjuku station to this park.

This is a very big park 58.3ha, and has hundreds years of the history. I went to a primary school very close to this park, it reminds me my boyhood days.

So many kinds of flowers, plants and a green house, it can take a day to look around and relax. Admission fee is just 200 JPY, please try it when you need a rest:)
